Return & Refund Policy

1. Print-on-Demand Artwork & Photography Prints

All art prints and photography prints sold through our store are printed on demand and custom-produced for each order through our fulfillment partner, Printique.

No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for the customer:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Color differences due to screen or monitor variations

    • Personal preference

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly assist.

Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Resolution

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a refund to the original payment method

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds due to theft or loss.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in forfeited orders and are not refundable.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a verified error or defect.

5. Color & Appearance Disclaimer

  • Final printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, printers, paper types, and printing processes.

  • Such variations are normal and not considered defects.

6. Agreement to Policy
